Keloid formationKeloid is the process of skin wound healing. When collagen synthesis of normal metabolic function bound to lose control, a continued hyperthyroidism takes place, resulting in collagen fibers hyperplasia, also known as connective tissue hyperplasia. In Chinese medicine is called Keloid scar or giant disease. Keloids lesions are shiny, smooth, hard, often dome-shaped, and appear at the site of a healed skin lesion or a scar created by a surgical incision, or following an injury, burn injury acne, or even a minor abrasion. Keloids may rarely occur spontaneously without initial trauma.
Can it appear on all people? In the photo, keloids have developed because the jewelry creates too much tension. |
